Forgetmenotjewelry.com will repair the jewelry and replace stones that fall out due to faulty craftsmanship. Returns

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return any item in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Items being returned must be shipped, fully insured, via U.S. Mail; by insured mail if the item is less than $500.00, or registered mail if it has a value of more than $500.00. Also use a "Return Receipt Requested" service for additional protection. forgetmenotjewelry.com will not be responsible for items lost in transit. A refund will not be issued until we have received the item. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
