Return Instructions
Items being returned must be shipped, fully insured, via U.S. Mail; by insured mail if the item is less than $500.00, or registered mail if it has a value of more than $500.00. Also use a "Return Receipt Requested" service for additional protection. Forgetmenotjewelry.com will not be responsible for items lost in transit. A refund will not be issued until we have received the item. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.
